Note: All prices listed above are in Cdn dollars and subject to 5% GST. Payment options are on-line credit card payment (VISA or M/C accepted) or by cheque (payable within 30 days from date of registration).
Cancellation Policy: Due to the demand for exhibitor space and floor plan confirmation with the venue, the deadline to cancel your registration is December 19, 2008 for a refund of your purchase price less $100 administration fee. After December 19, 2008 there will be no refunds. Thank you for your co-operation.
